Andy Birko has program for his CNC to cut them from the dimensions you supply. My 26"-25" scale was the 1st he cut.

I agonized about how to do these, but it turned out to be dead simple. Once I modified my sled, cutting fan frets doesn't take any longer than "regular" FBs. Hopefully the quote below from an earlier post will reproduce properly.

Clever!! I'd have to add a miter stop, just could not trust myself only depending on the abrasive to hold angled position.

Apprehension understood, but give the P120 sandpaper a try -- I think you may be surprised. As long as your sled movement is relatively smooth, I think you'll find it quite secure, precise and fast.
The mirror-pattern-on-backside-with-fishing-line-sighting method also makes it easy to use tapered fingerboard blanks for parallel fret patterns.

Have no idea - stole it from my wife's tackle box. The line on the printed fretfind2 diagram is quite thin -- the fishing line just a tad thinner.
